Charter Booking Terms

These terms apply to charter bookings and are shared in full before any booking is confirmed. The summary below is a draft pending legal review.

Booking & deposit

A booking is confirmed once agreed in writing and a deposit is received. The balance is due before departure, as stated on your booking.

Cancellations & changes

Cancellation terms and any refund depend on how far in advance you cancel.

Date changes are subject to availability.

Weather

For safety, the captain may alter the route or postpone a charter due to weather or sea conditions. Where a charter cannot run for these reasons, we will offer a reschedule or refund as set out in the full terms.

On board & liability

The captain has full authority over the vessel and everyone aboard.

Guests follow safety instructions at all times.

Liability is as set out in the full booking terms and Spanish law.

Conduct

We want everyone to have a great, safe day. The captain may end a charter early in cases of unsafe or unlawful behaviour.
