Use of the site

The site is provided for information and enquiries. Prices, availability and vessel details are indicative and confirmed at the time of booking.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. A charter is only confirmed once agreed in writing and any deposit is received, subject to the Charter Booking Terms.

Liability

We take care to keep information accurate but do not warrant it is free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, with the courts of Marbella, Málaga having jurisdiction.
