Details of your enquiry (preferred boat, dates, party size, message).

Basic technical and analytics data, only with your cookie consent.

Why we process it and legal basis

To respond to your enquiry — legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps at your request.

To manage a booking — legal basis: performance of a contract.

Analytics — legal basis: consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and, where a booking follows, for the periods required by tax and commercial law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who receives it

Data is stored with our service providers acting as processors — hosting, database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend) and image hosting (Cloudinary) — under data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Contact us at the email above. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
